Anne Carlsen in Jamestown, ND is seeking a Direct Service Professional (no supervisory responsibilities) to support clients with life activities, health and personal cares, and therapeutic programs on an evenings shift including every other weekend. You will guide, coach and mentor DSP staff on your shift to meet individual needs and safety guidelines.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in health care field.
• DD module completion.
• Valid ND Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provides guidance, coaching and mentors to Direct Service Professional staff on their assigned shift.
• Solves issues and needs of both the clientele and staff.

Conocimientos
