Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in Rock Island, IL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our production team and direct daily processes and long-term targets at the Rock Island facility.

You will work on-site with GTI leadership to maximize safety, efficiency, quality, and inventory integrity, while building a strong multi-level team and sustaining GTI’s culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience with 30+ direct reports.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma is a plus.
• Knowledge of consumer packaged goods is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facility operations for processing, packaging, maintenance, quality and logistics/fulfillment.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to meet wholesale objectives on time and budget.
• Support budgeting with data analysis including efficiency, labor variance, defect rates, and cost drivers.
• Develop reports to illustrate business trends and performance.
• Maintain GTI culture of accountability, transparency and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and internal policies.
• Be on-call for emergencies and cover shifts when needed.
