Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with deep concrete construction expertise.
• Experience guiding project leaders and scaling project teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• Proven track record overseeing multi-project portfolios ($30M–$50M).

Responsibilities

• Oversee full Project Execution Process (PEP) across assigned jobs.
• Lead and coach 3–5 Project Leaders.
• Build, staff, and scale high-performing project teams.
• Own project budgets, cash flow, projections, and risk mitigation.
• Validate estimates, schedules, logistics plans, and supplier scopes during preconstruction.
• Run and supervise planning meetings, CPP meetings, and monthly financial reviews.
• Maintain strong customer relationships from preconstruction through closeout.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, manpower, and financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop talent through mentoring, onboarding, and performance management.
