Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking an Operations Lead to join our team. The Operations Lead works closely with multiple project teams and provides operational support to ensure a positive outcome for the project.

The role is based in Orlando, FL and requires strong leadership of field teams, with hands-on oversight of large-scale concrete construction projects. You will coordinate plans, manage resources, and keep customers informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive field management experience on large-scale GC or concrete contracting projects.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Experience across multiple project types with emphasis on structural concrete.
• General knowledge of construction principles and practices on projects over $1M.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and develop the project team.
• Develop an overall project plan and align the team.
• Own project information and report status to stakeholders.
• Validate status and recommend actions to meet goals.
• Direct manpower resources to meet execution targets.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and roles.
• Maintain customer relationships and communicate with management to resolve issues.
