Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Operations Intelligence Analyst to support a customer facility at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL. This HQE role provides full-spectrum operational intelligence analysis, targeting support, sensitive mission planning, and CONOPs development.

Candidates must have a deep background in multidisciplinary intelligence, including HUMINT targeting, social network analysis, and use of advanced analytic tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 10 years of relevant experience; substitutions may apply.
• 10+ years of intelligence analysis experience, including 5+ years at operational level.
• Strong background in multidisciplinary intelligence: HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT.
• Current TS/SCI clearance; ability to obtain/privacy/eligibility for access to classified info.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to brief with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency with MS Office and current analytic tools/databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with requirement originators across Services and DoD to target networks and identify key individuals.
• Research, evaluate, fuse, and interpret reporting from multiple sources, with emphasis on HUMINT.
• Support CONOPs development and refinement of intelligence portions of operations.
• Provide expert support for sensitive mission planning and targeting integration.
• Produce high-quality written intelligence assessments and briefings with limited oversight.
• Operate within a hightempo team environment to execute time-sensitive tasks.
• Interpret guidance from leadership and adapt to evolving operational needs.
