Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Operations Intelligence Analyst to support a customer facility at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL. This HQE role provides full‑spectrum operational intelligence analysis, targeting support, sensitive mission planning, and development of intelligence portions of CONOPs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in DoD/ Government intelligence, with a strong background in HUMINT, social network analysis, GEOINT, and SIGINT, plus a current TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 10 years of relevant experience; degree may be substituted by additional experience.
• 10 years of DoD or equivalent government analytical experience, including 5 at the operational level.
• Strong background in HUMINT targeting, social network analysis, GEOINT and SIGINT analysis.
• Knowledge of Special Operations gained through military training or operational experience.
• TS/SCI clearance with successful eligibility for access to classified information.
• Strong written and briefings skills; proficiency with MS Office and analytic systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with requirement originators across services to target networks and identify key individuals.
• Research, evaluate, fuse, and interpret reporting from multiple sources with emphasis on HUMINT.
• Support CONOPs development with intelligence portions and operational planning.
• Provide expert‑level support to mission planning requiring advanced targeting and intelligence integration.
• Produce high‑quality written intelligence assessments, briefings, and operational products with minimal oversight.
• Integrate with a highly skilled team for time‑sensitive, mission‑critical tasks.
• Interpret guidance from program leadership and adapt to evolving operational requirements.
