Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other analytical field.
• 8+ years of financial and business analytics experience.
• Ability to work independently and as a self-motivator.
• Ability to develop pricing models based on inputs including market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation of models for financial reviews, cost benefit analyses, and metrics.
• Be the financial site focal for multi-site factories.
• Conduct indirect cost management and analysis.
• Support headcount and cost center planning.
• Participate in factory improvement projects to drive labor inefficiencies.
• Provide actionable insights into factory financial performance and drive actions to closure.
• Manage end of month business rhythm and deliverables.
• Data mining across multiple data sets; Databricks; Redshift; SQL.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly/quarterly financial and metric report outs for Operations and Finance Leadership.
• Identify operational and financial risk & opportunities with potential solutions; assist with recovery plan development.
• Analyze and report financial performance variances of actuals to budget and forecast.
• Support key business analytics and KPI generation.
