Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of analytics experience, advanced Excel/SQL/Python skills, and a proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level narratives. Role is based on-site with relocation support in Kent, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM.
• 8+ years of financial and business analytics experience.
• Ability to develop pricing models based on market conditions and constraints.
• Strong Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, and Python skills.
• Experience communicating with senior leaders and delivering results.
• Understanding of cost drivers—materials, procurement, labor, and supply chain.
• Ability to present executive-level analyses clearly.
• Commitment to inclusion and trust in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engines financial focal for material procurement impacts and forecasting.
• Lead program financial management including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and end-of-month deliverables.
• Build and maintain financial models for cost-benefit analysis, risk, and recovery planning.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial and metric reports for Program and Finance Leadership.
• Perform data mining and analytics across Databricks, Redshift, SQL, Python.
• Oversee financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies across the engines portfolio.
• Pioneer new financial methodologies leveraging AI and advanced analytics; mentor junior analysts.
