Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring an Executive Vice President of Operations in San Francisco, CA. The role will oversee up to $20 million in revenue and design, operate, and improve systems delivering SBM's products and services.

This senior leader will plan, administer, and coordinate organizational activities, aligning with policies and goals while guiding division growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience - Master’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of organizational operation
• Guide and direct management in development and growth of the company through sales of new business, expansion, removal of obstacles, and clear goals
• Direct the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives
• Serve as conduit between senior leadership directives and field management execution
• Create the structure to manage the company’s activities and projected growth with visibility to talent and advancement
• Develop and install procedures and controls to promote communication and information flow within the organization
