Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Executive Vice President of Operations in Newark, CA. The role oversees up to $20 million in revenue and directs the design, operation, and improvement of the system that delivers SBM’s products and services.

Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 per year. The EVP will plan, administer, and coordinate activities to achieve policies and operating objectives while guiding senior leadership and field management across divisions.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience - Master’s degree in Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of organizational operation.
• Direct the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives.
• Serve as conduit between senior leadership directives and field management execution.
• Create the structure and operations organization to manage the company’s business activities and its projected growth that allows the visibility to talent, an opportunity for advancement and an environment of retention.
• Develop and install procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization that is consistent with the culture and directive of Sr. Leadership.
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Establish operating policies consistent with the Chief Executive Officer's broad policies and objectives and ensure execution.
