Job summary

You will assist with BMFO systems such as CNB Business Suite, Easilink, and Agilink while coordinating administrative tasks and travel for leadership.

You will also support wealth management reporting on platforms like Black Diamond and Arch/Canoe, perform data entry, and help prepare statements to onboard new clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of administrative experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple requirements.
• Proactive problem solving and escalation when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web research.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client delivery activities, including new client acceptance, engagement letters, client billing, and related activities.
• Support wealth management platforms, prepare reports, pull statements, and organize data for onboarding new clients.
• Provide administrative services: manage calendars, itineraries, meetings, and travel arrangements; perform office tasks.
• Data entry into various information systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate annual non-tax filings with corporate legal services and track communications.
• Oversee client delivery workflow tools and monitor upcoming deadlines with engagement teams.
