Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Senior Associate, School Operations, to drive systems and continuous improvement across the network. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable standard work for school-based operations teams, impacting safety, quality, tech integration, and compliance.

Hybrid role based in NYC with on-site Tue–Thu and remote Mon/Fri, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing charter network.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in project/program management, operations, or a related analytical role.
• Experience in an education or high-growth environment is preferred.
• Expert-level attention to detail and organizational skills with rigorous standard work.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with experience in metrics and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of core network-wide operations programs.
• Develop, maintain, and disseminate standard work and playbooks.
• Collaborate with technology teams to roll out operational enhancements.
• Analyze compliance, performance metrics, and report to leadership.
