Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) seeks a Sr. Analyst, Operations Analytics to translate data into actionable insights that improve restaurant performance, efficiency, and guest experience across its brands.

The role collaborates with Operations, Brand Standards, Field Execution, Marketing, Digital, and Finance to design tests, build reporting tools in Snowflake and Python, and drive data-driven decision making. The position is onsite in Miami, FL with a five-day workweek.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role within Operations, Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related function.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses; Snowflake experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation, including independently writing and debugging scripts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze restaurant-level operational metrics to identify performance trends and opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analyses to understand performance gaps and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Design and evaluate market tests and operational pilots with proper sample sizing and control groups.
• Build, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytical tools in Snowflake and Python; automate recurring reports.
• Prepare recurring performance reporting on key metrics and support ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• Propose improvements to remove manual work from analytical workflows and document approaches for scalability.
