Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support Automotive, Affinity, Aviation/Marine and Retail Sales with operations strategy execution and KPI tracking. You will develop and optimize reporting tools, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve program performance.

The role focuses on accurate data processing for Automotive, including record processing, fallout, and exception management.

Qualifications

3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and apply independent judgment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to simplify technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
Interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels
Proactive mindset to build new reports and enhance metrics

Responsibilities

Monitor ongoing program operations through reporting, controls and data analysis, identifying factors and recommending improvements in accuracy and performance
Propose business processes, database revisions and reporting methods to improve operations and meet goals
Create and manage daily Tableau reporting and maintain a repository of reports for supported teams
Identify opportunities for process improvements within automotive remarketing and related segments, delivering scalable recommendations
Support automotive remarketing, affinity, aviation/marine, retail sales and field teams with ad-hoc tasks and long-term projects; lead data-mining activities with business development objectives and collaborate with stakeholders
