Job summary

The SiriusXM team in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support Automotive, Affinity, Aviation/Marine and Retail Sales with operational metrics, reporting and analytics. You will develop and track KPIs, manage reporting tools and optimize data processing to improve program performance.

You will own daily Tableau reporting, work with SQL-based data and participate in data-mining activities to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years of related experience or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor ongoing program operations through reporting, controls and data analysis.
Propose business processes and reporting improvements to boost performance.
Create and manage daily Tableau reporting and maintain reporting repository.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in Automotive Remarketing.
Support teams with ad-hoc tasks and lead data-mining activities.
