Job summary

Westlake Management Services in the United States is seeking a seasoned Operations & Supply Chain professional to manage SAP production activities and inventory reporting. You will coordinate with Finance, Customer Service, and carriers to resolve issues while ensuring accurate month-end closes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in supply chain or related field and a minimum of five years of experience in operations, planning, or analytics. On-site work in Deer Park, TX may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience with SAP production/inventory transactions and reporting.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; PowerBI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily SAP production activities including orders and postings.
• Monitor inventory and support accurate production/material reporting.
• Perform month-end close activities and analyze variances.
• Prepare daily/monthly Excel reports and provide SAP data analysis.
• Support inventory control including cycle counts and vessel inventory.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Finance for audits and issue resolution.
• Provide backup logistics coordination for outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain and carriers to resolve issues.
• Must be available on first and last business day of each month; occasional weekends.
