4M Research, Inc. is seeking a Senior Missile Defense System Architecture Analyst to lead or participate in analysis of future Missile Defense System architectures. You will work on modeling and simulation tool development to support architecture assessment.

The role requires extensive experience in missile defense concepts, the ability to interpret results, and strong communication skills to present findings to project teams. U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 12+ years experience.
• Active Security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Solid understanding of the current MDS architecture and future concepts.
• Experience in modeling, assessment, and evaluation of future missile defense architectures.
• Strong skill in interpreting results and presenting findings clearly.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as collaboration with others to achieve objectives.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to assess tasks based on their importance and urgency.
• Background in IAMD/Cruise Missile Defense Systems.
• Background or experience with space systems.
• Experience with the definition and use of advanced concepts and algorthms for the M&S of MDS Architectures.
• Experience supporting systems engoineering-related architecture design activities.
