Job summary

4M Research, Inc. seeks a Missile Defense System Architecture Analyst to contribute to analyzing future Missile Defense System architectures and developing M&S tools to support architecture assessment.

You will assess capability gaps, help develop analysis plans, run simulation tools, post-process results, and prepare briefs that communicate findings to stakeholders. U.S. Citizenship is required and TS/SCI clearance is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of missile defense-related or other complex DoD program experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Understanding of current MDS architecture and future concepts.
• Experience with modeling, assessment, and evaluation of future missile defense architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration with others to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

4M Research is seeking a Missile Defense System Architecture Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to participate in analysis of future Missile Defense System (MDS) architectures and concepts, and modeling and simulation (M&S) tool development to support architecture assessment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess missile defense system capability gaps, challenges, needs, and opportunities against current and future threats to develop potential architecture solutions that mitigate gaps and/or improve performance.
• Assist in the development of analysis plans, execute MDS siomulation tools, post-process and assess analysis results , and prepare architecture analysis briefs/reports.
• Support M&S efforts related to the above to tailor pools to specific analysis plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project.
• Active Security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Basic understanding of the current MDS architecture and future concepts.
• Some experience in modeling, assessment, and evaluation of future missile defense architectures.
• Basic skill in interpreting results and presenting findings clearly.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as collaboration with others to achieve objectives.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to assess tasks based on their importance and urgency.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Experience with AFSIM or similar MDS simulations tools/frameworks
• Background in IAMD/Cruise Missile Defense Systems.
• Background or experience with space systems.
