Old National Bank seeks an Senior Operational Risk Analyst to lead ORM programs on-site in Evansville. You will drive risk assessments for lines of business, perform risk and control evaluations, and challenge first-line activities to strengthen controls.

With 5+ years in risk management, you will collaborate across functions and mentor junior staff while advancing regulatory expectations and governance. A strong communication style and proficiency with ORM tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational risk management, internal audit, compliance, or related risk function.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and risk frameworks.
• Experience leading or supporting RCSAs, control testing, and issue management.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute and support ORM programs, RCSAs, loss event management, and testing.
• Develop and refine ORM methodologies, procedures, and reporting practices.
• Collaborate with First Line and enterprise functions to align ORM expectations.
• Provide credible challenge to risk identification, control design, and remediation plans.
• Monitor risk issues, validate remediation, and escalate as needed.
• Communicate assessment results and remediation actions to management.
