Job summary

IPM Integrated Project Management Company seeks seasoned consultants to lead improvement initiatives across manufacturing clients. You will develop strategies, perform data-driven analyses, and drive improvements that impact costs, throughput, and quality.

Strong client collaboration and executive communication are essential. Applicants typically hold a science/engineering degree with 5–10 years of experience, including on-the-floor production exposure, and may have Lean/Six Sigma and APICS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years on the production floor.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and APICS certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated flexibility to tailor approaches to IPM methodologies and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and lead improvement strategies and initiatives.
• Perform assessments to identify root causes and financial opportunities for roadmaps.
• Collect and analyze data, document client requirements and solutions.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget to IPM standards.
• Lead high-performance project teams and coordinate resources.
• Create and present executive-level updates and final project readouts.
• Develop high-level strategies and prioritize opportunities using IPM practices.
• Provide daily project leadership with stakeholders across functions.
• Communicate effectively with a broad audience from operators to executives.
