Job summary

IPM Integrated Project Management Company in Chicago, IL seeks a Project Improvement Leader to develop and manage improvement strategies for manufacturing clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering requested.
• 3–6 years professional experience, 3 years on production floor.
• Experience delivering projects in manufacturing.
• Lean/Six Sigma familiarity; APICS certifications a plus.
• PM certification a plus; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of improvement strategies.
• Assess root causes and identify financial opportunities.
• Gather client requirements and define solutions with client team.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget per IPM standards.
• Lead high-performance project teams and coordinate resources.
• Deliver executive and detailed project updates.
