Job summary

Red Hat Services seeks a Senior Architect to design and deliver strategic solutions, providing technical leadership, hands-on implementation, and enablement of best practices. You will promote adoption of Red Hat’s solutions for clients across North America, traveling regularly and residing in a qualifying U.S.

state. You will guide customers, lead discovery, scope projects, and contribute to presales with strong architectures and collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field or related experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud and open source projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in building scalable, optimally managed solutions using Red Hat technologies.
• Lead discovery sessions and educate customers on best practices.
• Scope projects accurately and align with customer requirements.
• Provide technical expertise during presales activities.
