Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an OpenShift Architect to design and deliver strategic solutions for clients, using technical leadership and hands-on implementation. You will promote adoption of Red Hat solutions and mentor teams while traveling to customer sites across North America.

Successful candidates will reside in a state where Red Hat is registered, hold an Active Top Secret Clearance, and work on-site with clients. This role combines architecture, delivery leadership, and customer collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a solution architect, enterprise architect or technical consultant role.
• Track record for creating architectural designs and leading a team on implementation toward successful customer outcomes.
• Experience leading successful cloud platform consulting engagements and with Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in building scalable, managed solutions using Red Hat technologies.
• Lead services discovery sessions and educate customers on best practices.
• Scope projects, align with customer requirements, and assist presales activities.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships and enablement of services.
