Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Ontologist for Biologics Discovery to design, publish, and govern semantic models that enable knowledge graphs, AI/ML, and data provenance across biologics workflows.

Based in Spring House, PA or Titusville/NJ or Madrid, there is no remote option. You will partner with biology, engineering, and IT to drive governance, reuse, and scalable semantic standards for discovery data.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree required in biomedical informatics or related field.
• 3+ years in ontology engineering, knowledge modeling, or knowledge graph development.
• Proficiency with OWL, RDF(S), SKOS, SHACL, SPARQL and related standards.
• Experience with semantic tooling and enterprise governance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, release and maintain ontology modules and vocabularies for biologics discovery.
• Publish semantic assets for knowledge graphs and AI/ML workflows.
• Collaborate with scientists to translate complex concepts into computable models.
• Align semantics with enterprise governance and partner ecosystems.
