Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site workflow per project schedule, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead site team and coordinate with subcontractors as primary on-site leader.
• Administer safety program and report incidents; support safety inspections.
• Maintain daily site logs and manage punch lists through closeout.
• Contribute to project scheduling with project manager and ensure sequence adherence.
• Foster good relationships with subcontractors and community to support opportunities.
• Ensure accurate daily documentation of work orders and scope clarity.
• Organize site facilities, utilities, and long-lead item expediting as needed.
• Collaborate with project manager and site operations throughout the project.
