Responsibilities

• Provide overall administrative and technical management of the construction project.
• Manage on-site construction activities including self-perform labor, subcontractors and consultants.
• Attend and provide expertise on quality pre-ops for high-risk scopes of work.
• Lead training and mentorship; review annual performance for direct reports.
• Interfacing professionally with clients, A-E representatives, other contractors, and building officials.
