Job summary

itD is seeking a Level III – Project Coordinator onsite at the Richland Parish Data Center in Rayville, Louisiana. The role supports timely project execution by coordinating schedules, meetings, and deliverables while liaising with contractors and stakeholders.

You will prepare progress updates and reports, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to internal practice activities. This is a full-time, 18-month engagement with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience coordinating schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and activities.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors or project stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Coordinate administrative activities with contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare progress updates, planning documents, and reports.
