Edible Brands, LLC is seeking a Sr. Privacy Compliance Specialist to lead the privacy program at our Atlanta corporate office.

You will own the privacy platform (One Trust today), manage DSARs, and drive cross‑functional privacy governance across Legal, IT, Marketing, and Data Analytics. The role requires hands-on configuration experience, strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while partnering with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in privacy, compliance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in privacy/compliance with hands-on platform configuration (OneTrust, TrustArc).
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and DSARs.
• Vendor management experience including renewals/negotiations.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own privacy operations and DSAR workflows across systems to ensure regulatory timelines.
• Define and improve consent governance and data processing activities.
• Coordinate governance meetings with Legal, Engineering, Marketing, and vendors.
• Prepare privacy notices and data processing agreements with Legal.
• Maintain RoPA and data inventory across the organization.
