• Communicates with referring provider's office and clinical departments to schedule.
• Verifies insurance benefits and obtains pre-certification/authorization as needed.
• Determines and collects payments, including co-pays and deductibles; refers to financial counselors when needed.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
