• Coordinate with referring providers and departments to exchange information and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-certification/authorization as needed.
• Determine patient payments (co-pays/deductibles) or refer to financial counselors for follow-up.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
