Job summary

Mettler-Toledo, Inc. seeks an Sr. Onsite Service Support Specialist to act as the primary on-site contact for laboratory equipment and customers at the Richmond facility. You will coordinate service activities, perform maintenance, and ensure high uptime and satisfaction.

Will service 100+ semi- automated systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain compliant records, contributing to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing laboratory automation equipment.
• Experience performing calibrations, installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and qualification support.
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory environments (GLP/GMP).
• Ability to learn proprietary software and RAININ systems.
• Strong problem solving and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, and qualification support for laboratory equipment.
• Serve as on-site resource for 100+ systems at the Richmond facility.
• Diagnose and repair equipment with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate service activities, ship equipment to/from depots, and maintain records.
