Job summary
Cybersecurity Jobs is seeking an Information Assurance Security Engineer to provide expert technical support for an intelligence customer, covering policy, Certification & Accreditation, system assessment, and operational support for NCE network security.
The onsite role in Springfield, VA requires TS/SCI clearance and ongoing work aligned to security governance and risk management processes.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required and Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Minimum 8+ years in data security administration or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience/training
- Knowledge of ICD 503 and RMF; IAM II and CISSP or equivalent certifications
- Experience with ACAS, cloud infrastructure, and security tooling
Responsibilities
- Draft and review security policy and MOAs; coordinate C&A activities
- Advise on system design and architecture for information security
- Lead incident response, log review, and security remediation
- Support O&S for network security infrastructure and sustainment tasks
- Generate security training and enforce IA policies
