Job summary

Raise is seeking an Operations Geologist to plan and execute client drill-wells worldwide from Spring, Texas. You will lead well planning, surveillance, pore-pressure prediction and site investigations, communicating with geoscience, reservoir engineers, petrophysicists and wells engineers during design and execution.

The role requires offshore/onshore drilling experience, integration across teams, flexibility for extended hours, and a proactive approach to improve Well Planning processes for

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Geology from a recognized institution.
• Experience as an Operations Geologist.
• Onshore and offshore drilling experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety leadership and uphold client’s safety culture.
• Plan and execute drill-wells worldwide with effective well planning and surveillance.
• Coordinate with geoscience, reservoir engineering, petrophysics, and wells teams.
• Develop and implement casing design, TD selection, and FE programs.
