Job summary

Dynalectric Company in San Diego seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and maintenance projects in the greater San Diego area. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities, manage budgets, schedules, and submittals, and support field personnel with subcontractor relations.

The role requires 7–10 years in the electrical industry, a BS in engineering/construction management (MS a plus), and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of related experience in electrical construction.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor of Science with engineering or construction management focus preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the project’s overall flow from inception to completion.
• Review scope for turnover; attend walk-throughs and coordinate document turnover.
• Maintain project financials including budgets, estimates, and cost tracking.
• Manage document control: insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders and correspondence.
• Coordinate with foremen, owners, subcontractors, and engineering to resolve field issues.
