Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center tech or similar complex IT infra.
• Ability to perform independent analysis and make strategic decisions.
• Proven ownership of technical solutions and drive for process improvement.
• Extensive expertise installing, monitoring, and maintaining high-density AI/HPC data center gear.
• Strong communication skills to explain risks and strategies to stakeholders.
• Certifications such as NCA-AIIO, CompTIA ServerPlus, CompTIA Network, or CCNP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced diagnostics and isolate root causes for AI/HPC hardware issues.
• Serve as technical authority in client tickets and own complex solutions.
• Drive SOPs, document processes, and implement operational improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training on ticket resolution and safety.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent outages.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize cluster health.
• Engage with third-party vendors and manage RMA escalations.
• Remediate InfiniBand fabric issues and high-bandwidth networks.
• Respond to critical incidents, including after-hours support.
• Enforce security best practices and compliance standards.
