Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center or complex IT infra.
• Independent analysis and technical judgment.
• Ownership of technical solutions and driving improvements.
• Expertise with AI/HPC data center equipment.
• Strong communication in English.
• Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced diagnostics and problem solving for AI/HPC issues.
• Serve as technical authority and primary escalation point.
• Drive continuous process improvements and SOPs.
• Mentor junior staff on complex ticket resolution and safety protocols.
• Identify risks and lead RCA investigations to prevent outages.
• Collaborate with infra engineering to maintain cluster health.
• Interface with vendors for advanced RMA and SLAs.
• Remediate complex fabric topologies and high-bandwidth networks.
• Respond decisively to critical facility, network, and server events.
• Enforce safety and compliance best practices.
