Job summary

Calhoun Construction Services seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead onsite activities on commercial projects in Kentucky. You will manage daily operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality control.

The role requires strong leadership, organization of field personnel, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. Bilingual ability (Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of onsite experience in commercial construction as a superintendent.
• Advanced skills in organizing construction sites and field personnel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities; Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the project site to ensure adherence to the schedule.
• Demonstrate understanding of site logistics, safety, and construction operations.
• Coordinate review and approval of craft worker time cards and trainings.
• Develop project execution and site logistics plans for the team.
• Supervise all onsite construction activity and ensure quality control.
