Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic understanding of construction tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite trade activities, coordinating materials from design through installation.
• Track and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.
• Manage cost control and issue resolution, including change orders and RFIs.
• Read and apply construction design documents and specifications.
• Lead and mentor junior associates on the project.
