Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of relevant experience with an active oil and gas exploration company.
• Extensive experience in East and West Texas required.

Responsibilities

• Determine title to prospective lands and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct title review and identify curative actions for lease deficiencies.
• Negotiate and acquire interests in prospective lands from landowners.
• Advise lease records department on acquisitions.
• Confirm title and protect the Company's interests before drilling.
• Negotiate agreements with third party participants.
