Job summary

Caturus Management Services, LLC is seeking a Landman in Houston to manage land assets, negotiate leases and easements, and lead title work and due diligence for acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of in-house Landman experience and strong knowledge of Texas regulatory matters, with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. This full-time role is based at the corporate office in Houston.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in-house Landman experience.
• Texas asset experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and prepare leases, easements, ROWs, surface agreements, and related contracts.
• Manage obligations, payments and expirations for existing agreements and perform title reviews.
• Examine, evaluate and cure title requirements and verify ownership.
• Coordinate joint development agreements and land-related diligence across teams.
• Support lease and asset acquisitions through due diligence and integration.
