Job summary

Harvard University is seeking a Senior Program Associate, Online Learning – Advanced Learning Academy. This role delivers operational support across design, development, delivery, and post-program engagement for online and hybrid courses.

You will coordinate materials, LMS setups, live-session logistics, and learner communications, collaborating with faculty and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, accessible learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Experience supporting online or hybrid programs preferred.
• Familiarity with LMS and standard office software essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support during course runs, including rosters, announcements, and milestones.
• Support faculty and guest speakers with logistics and technology during live sessions.
• Respond to routine learner inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate post-program evaluation, engagement, and alumni activities.
• Maintain course materials, records, and learner communications in line with policies.
