Job summary

Novasoft is seeking an experienced OneStream Solutions Consultant to bridge Finance and IT, designing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise FP&A and reporting solutions. The role combines functional finance insight with technical OneStream expertise across data management, workflows, and security.

The consultant will work with Finance, Accounting, SAP, Infrastructure, and other teams through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support, delivering scalable,

Qualifications

• Hands-on OneStream platform administration and application configuration.
• Experience with Data Management, workflow configuration, and data integration.
• Proficiency in Cube View and dashboard development.
• Experience developing and maintaining business rules using VB.NET.
• Knowledge of security configuration, financial reporting, and drill-back capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot OneStream application, data, and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Reporting teams.
• Design and configure OneStream solutions for consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support reconciliations, cash flow reporting, management reporting, and intercompany processes.
• Maintain financial metadata and support month-end close and reporting activities.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and OneStream configurations.
• Provide user training, documentation, and guidance on financial processes.
