Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Finance Systems Specialist to support OneStream, EPMWare and Revenue Reporting. You will drive end-user enablement, perform data reconciliations, and help shape the Finance Systems landscape for a leading diabetes-care company.

Hybrid/remote opportunities exist; strong collaboration with Finance and IT teams is essential to deliver new functionality and maintain metadata integrity across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or IT; 7+ years in Finance or Finance Systems
• Advanced degree in Finance/Accounting or IT; 5+ years in Finance or Finance Systems
• Experience with OneStream administration for FPA/Close/Consol and FP&A

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support and maintain security per policy
• Be the go-to person for leveraging the platform to meet end user needs
• Perform data reconciliations and assist with metadata and hierarchy maintenance
• Support delivery of OneStream, EPMWare and Revenue Reporting enhancements
• Support reporting roadmap from ideation through delivery
• Ensure metadata rules are followed and enable rapid changes
• Support audits and ongoing process support
• Ensure end users have a path for questions or issues
