Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Principal Financial Systems Analyst (OneStream) to support the OneStream, EPMWare and Revenue reporting platforms across finance and IT. The role focuses on end-user enablement, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement within controllership.

The position may be based in Northridge, CA or Minneapolis, MN with a remote-work option for exceptional candidates, offering a challenging environment and opportunities to shape the finance systems landscape for a market leader

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or IT / Business Management required, plus 7+ years in Finance or Finance Systems.
• Alternatively, advanced degree with 5+ years in Finance or Finance Systems.
• Experience with end-user enablement, data reconciliations and platform maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support and maintain security following policy and collaborating with IT and external providers.
• Be the go-to person for leveraging the platform to meet end users' needs.
• Perform data reconciliations and assist with metadata and hierarchy maintenance.
• Support delivery of OneStream, EPMWare and Revenue Reporting enhancements from ideation to delivery.
• Ensure metadata rules are followed and enable changes rapidly.
