Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical project management experience in oncology.
• Experience leading oncology studies for CROs, biotech, or pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and project oversight skills.
• Proven experience supporting bid defenses and business development.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of oncology trials across multiple phases.
• Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide oversight of timelines, milestones, risks, and resources.
• Manage study budgets, forecasts, revenue recognition, and profitability.
• Support sponsor bid defenses and proposal development.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, sponsors, and partners.
