The role requires an MS (6+ years) or PhD (2+ years) in Statistics/Biostatistics, with pharmaceutical development experience in regulated environments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MS (with 6+ years of experience) or PhD (with 2+ years) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a highly related field.
• Pharmaceutical experience or understanding of drug development and life-cycle management in the regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise to design, analysis and reporting of clinical trials or other scientific research studies.
• Identify data collection instruments and report data issues; provide specifications for derived variables and analysis datasets.
• Perform statistical analyses per the analysis plan and ensure high-quality outputs within timelines.
• Develop strategy for data presentation and inference; contribute to publications and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Collaborate with multifunction teams and explain statistical concepts to non-statisticians; build cross-functional relationships.
