Job summary

Amgen in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Senior Oncology Specialist to serve as the primary clinical liaison to medical professionals, delivering knowledge and value of Amgen’s oncology portfolio. You will lead territory plans, manage accounts, and collaborate with teams to drive sales and improve patient outcomes.

With a strong background in oncology and healthcare, you will navigate access, contracts, and education programs while representing the Amgen brand with integrity and patient focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• OR
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• OR
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Create and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships to service accounts and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Deliver compelling marketing strategies and communicate product value to customers.
