Job summary

Servier is seeking a Sr Oncology Consultant with a Hematology focus for the Houston, TX region. You will represent and sell our Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and Acute Myeloid Leukemia portfolios, building strong customer relationships and delivering on sales targets.

This remote role requires residing in the territory and travel around 30%. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, effective patient and customer engagement and participate in incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of results-driven biotech/pharmaceutical, lab, or medical devices sales experience.
• Hematology sales experience is preferred.
• Candidate demonstrates a track record of top sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop territory account and business plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote Servier brands ethically and compliantly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Monitor costs within territory budget and comply with regulations.
• Engage in compliant clinical dialogues using approved resources.
• Prepare robust account and territory plans for internal planning.
• Represent Servier at meetings, conferences, and events.
