Job summary

Servier is seeking a Sr Oncology Consultant- Heme to drive sales across the Houston territory, representing products indicated in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and Acute Myeloid Leukemia. The role is remote with a defined territory, requiring strong relationship-building and ethical, compliant engagement with healthcare professionals.

The candidate should have 5+ years of biotech/pharma sales experience, with hematology background preferred, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a proven track

Qualifications

• 5+ years of results-oriented biotech/pharmaceutical, lab, or medical devices sales experience.
• Hematology sales experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Scientific Degree a plus.
• Consistent track record of success as a top sales performer.
• Experience launching a new product is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales performance against assigned sales targets in the territory.
• Develops thoughtful territory account and business plans.
• Develops strong relationships with customers in all accounts.
• Presents Servier brands in a professional, compliant manner and explains benefits.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and achieve objectives.
• Maintains budget and monitors operating costs for the territory.
• Engages in compliant clinical dialogue with customers and uses approved resources.
• Develops relationships with co-promotion partners in the territory.
