Job summary

Integra Connect, LLC is seeking an experienced leader to drive quality improvement projects in oncology and life sciences. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop analytic plans, and translate data into actionable insights for clinical and executive leadership.

Responsibilities include QA of outputs, stakeholder presentations, and collaboration with sales and practice managers to grow QI programs. A strong healthcare consulting background and MBA/MHA are required.

Qualifications

• MBA or MHA required; healthcare management experience preferred.
• 3+ years in management consulting in healthcare.
• Experience with data analysis, synthesis, and manipulation.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality improvement projects across life science and oncology partners.
• Provide guidance to analysts to deliver accurate outputs.
• Perform regular QA checks on deliverables before presentations.
• Present results to oncology leadership and life science executives.
• Develop analytic plans and stay current with oncology guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales and account managers to drive growth.
• Deliver weekly status updates and monthly progress reports.
